1. VPS (Cloud/Virtual Private Server) Service. It comes with a 15 day money back period from the date of purchase. If the client desires to cancel the VPS after this period has elapsed, a minimum of 15 days of prior notice has to be provided. The service would be billed during that period and the remaining/balance amount (if any) would be accordingly refunded.

2. Web Hosting Service. It comes with a 30 day money back period from the date of purchase. If the client desires to cancel the hosting service after this period has elapsed, then a pro-rated refund will be issued to the client

3. Bare Metal Server. It comes with a 2 day money back period from the date of purchase. If the client desires to cancel the server after this period has elapsed, a minimum of 30 days of prior notice has to be provided. The service would be billed during that period and the remaining/balance amount (if any) would be accordingly refunded.

4. Domain Names. A registered domain name ordinarily cannot be cancelled. The cancellation is dependent on the domain registrar’s cancellation policy.

5. SSL Certificates. Ordinarily SSL certificates cannot be cancelled (but can be revoked).. The cancellation is dependent on the SSL Certificate issuer’s policy.
